After the fabulous success of our delicious bespoke bubbly, Blanc de Blancs, which we launched last summer we are very please to announce that we have once again teamed up with renowned wine supplier Matthew Clarke to create a bespoke sparkling rosé called Mousseux Rosé.

With discerning drinkers ever more keen to try something different, the light and fruity sparkling is beating prosecco hands-down across our brasseries when it comes to being this season’s sip of choice. And in the wake of a prosecco shortage, it’s no surprise it is being welcomed with such open arms!

Paying homage to Brasserie Blanc’s classic French roots, Mousseux Rosé combines a raft of refined French grapes including Gamay Noir, Grenache and Cinsault. Naturally fermented and aged for three months, the sprightly sparkling is dusky pink in colour with fresh, fruity aromas and dry, red berry notes, making it deliciously ripe, seductive and moreish on the palate.

Perfect for the hot summer months, our guests can try the rosé wine over a fabulous French meal at one of our 18 restaurants or buy and take-away from 15 brasseries (excluding Bristol, Leeds and Oxford) to enjoy a crisp glass in the comfort of your own home. Ideal for any get-together, the bespoke bubbly also makes for the perfect celebration gift – whether it is a wedding, birthday, Christmas or marking a special anniversary.

Now available in all of our restaurants, Mousseux Rosé is priced at £27.50 per bottle or £5 per 125ml glass when served in the restaurant. Priced the same as prosecco, but with the depth of flavour and characterful profile expected from a French blend, Mousseux Rosé is a delicate drink for lunch, dinner, whenever.

And with rosé once again back in fashion, it’s time to sink this pink.
