In 1996 Raymond opened his first brasserie in Oxford with a dream of bringing the food that he loved, and that his mother cooked for him, to the heart of Oxfordshire. Twenty one years later his dream has now grown to eighteen brasseries across the country!
The team, led by Raymond’s friend and protege, Executive Chef Clive Fretwell shows the same passion, creativity and care that went into the first menu all those years ago and the ethos of serving fresh, seasonal fare using the best ingredients continues today.
On April 25th, Raymond will be hosting a party to celebrate our 21st birthday at the place where it all began, Brasserie Blanc Oxford. Guests will enjoy a drinks reception and five course specially created dinner by Clive Fretwell for just £70.00 per person.
