Blanc’s Latest

We are incredibly proud of our team reaching 4200m today! Unfortunately, the weather conditions were against them and time had run out to continue further up the mountain to ensure a safe descent. They had got within sight of the summit where they were able to send us an incredible live video of their achievement! Thank you to everyone who supported the team and for all your donations. Well done Team!


OUR INTREPID TEAM TACKLE MONT BLANC FOR CHARITY   A team of five Brasserie Blanc and White Brasserie employees are en route to the top of Mont Blanc as part of a phenomenal fund raising effort for The Christie Hospital and The Tim Bacon Foundation. Tom Palfreeman, Mikey Cullen, Marcin Jablonski, Margarita Gyurova & William Field passed a rigorous training weekend back in August to find themselves roped together on the side of Mont Blanc this week in heavy snow and unseasonally tough conditions…. read more

Behind the scenes at our Bristol menu launch

Celebrating 21 years…

It was 21 years ago that Raymond opened his first brasserie on Walton St, Jericho, Oxford.
