Our new autumn menu has arrived.

From crisp apples to earthy wild mushrooms, our chefs have created a menu that is perfect for chillier days. Take your pick of the crop from seasonal dishes such as confit chicken, ham and apricot terrine with Braeburn apples and capers, topped with a bacon crisp or ChalkStream trout with wild mushrooms. Save room for dessert and treat yourself to our classic Madagascan crème brûlée.

As always, we have worked hard to bring you dishes that are truly seasonal and feature ingredients that are nurtured and harvested with love by our suppliers and we hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour.
