Chef Clive has worked his magic to create two delicious dishes which feature our star ingredient, the strawberry. Not just for desserts, this versatile fruit works equally well in a salad when paired with salty, tangy feta cheese. Clive says…

“the saltiness of the feta, which I find really clean, cuts through all of the flavours on the palette, so we’ve taken a wonderful strawberry, married it with a slightly salty feta cheese leaving us with texture and flavours that are just so wonderfully clean and refreshing for summer”
