Earthy wild mushrooms feature in our tartine starter whilst our beetroot terrine is accompanied by tangy horseradish sorbet. Working with our trusted suppliers, we have also created dishes like our slow-cooked shoulder of Highland venison. With dark chocolate and juniper berries, the perfect partners to game, the sauce is rich and satisfying.
