As one of the coldest months of the year, it can be hard to be good in February, but we are taking the worry off your plate this month with a set menu full of delicious, wholesome dishes made with love by our wonderful chefs.
Join us chez nous to try our silky smooth roast parsnip soup with a drizzle of honey and lemon dressing for added depth of flavour or our grilled goat’s cheese which is accompanied by roast Braeburn apple and a fresh olive and green bean salad with a zingy Dijon mustard dressing.
Treat yourself with a fabulous tasting Barnsley chop, seasoned and pan-fried to perfection and served with herby boulangère potatoes, creamy spinach and kale and our secret recipe gravy for the finishing touch. For fish lovers, our pan-fried trout served prawn and spring onion new potatoes and lemon butter is wonderfully indulgent. If you tried Veganuary and decided you like it, we have you covered this month with penne pasta served with courgetti and our homemade basil, walnut and garlic pesto.
This month you definitely need to save room for dessert as we have a trio of classics including our all-time favourite; light, rich and bursting with sultanas our brioche and butter pudding is the best way to round off your meal.
