For the ideal lunch, try our new Niçoise salad – Yellowfin tuna steak, free range egg, green beans, anchovy and new potatoes finished with our home-made Provençal dressing. For a BB twist on a French classic, we suggest our mussels served up in a red Thai curry sauce. The mellow coconut milk, flavourful coriander and spicy red chilli perfectly complement our exceptional rope-grown mussels.
