Our Prix Fixe menu makes a welcome return to many of our brasseries and features forced Yorkshire rhubarb from fourth-generation owned Tomlinson’s Farm. One of the last producers left in Yorkshire to grow forced rhubarb harvested in the dark by candlelight creating a variety that is vibrantly pink with unmatched flavour with its intense sweetness and extraordinary tenderness.
Enjoy two courses for £18.50 or three courses for £23.50 Monday to Friday between 12pm and 6pm (please note this menu is not available in our Bournemouth, Hale Barns, Chancery Lane, Threadneedle Street or Southbank brasseries) and enjoy wonderfully seasonal dishes such as parsnip soup with maple and lemon dressing, chicken ballotine with braised leeks, mousseline potatoes and a sherry & cep sauce or our classic rhubarb and custard with cinder toffee. The perfect antidote to a chilly winter day.
We’ve also partnered with our friends at The Botanist to give every guest dining from the Prix Fixe a complimentary G & T to enjoy with their meal – gintastic!
