Introducing our seasonal star… the plum

Our monthly changing set menu features our favourite seasonal star ingredient, and this September we’re championing plums. Sourced from our friends at Oakchurch Farm, we’re using the Victoria variety in a starter, main and dessert on our menu. We’ll be sharing our love of this humble stone fruit with you all month, from Raymond’s best childhood memories of the plentiful plums in France, to our favourite plum recipe and delicious set menu dishes.
