I forgot to take my loyalty card with me when I last visited one of your brasseries, how can I add the points to my account?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the points to be added to your account. Ordinarily, however you must present your card at the time of your visit in order to claim the points. Please note that our brasseries are unable to add points to your account retrospectively.
I have forgotten my password or username
Your username is the email registered to your loyalty card. If you cannot remember the email address please contact us and we will email you confirmation of your registered email address. If you have forgotten your password you can re-set your password by clicking here.
I cannot login using the online system, what should I do?

The points have not been credited to my account from my last visit. What do I do?
Points can take up to 24 hours to be credited to your account after your visit. If they do not appear on your account after 24 hours please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
I’m experiencing technical issues with my card, who should I contact?

I have lost my card, what happens next?
You can apply for a replacement card here. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your replacement card to arrive. We will take care of updating your card details and transferring your points balance and once you have received your card you can use it straight away.
I have sent you a query, how long before I hear from you?
We will always try and respond to your enquiry as soon as possible and, in most instances, within 48 hours. However, please allow more time at weekends and Bank Holidays. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
When can I use my loyalty card?
You can use your loyalty card at any of our brasseries at any time.
Can I user my loyalty card in conjunction with Brasserie Blanc offers?
Your card can be used in conjunction with our offers unless otherwise stated. You will receive points on the balance of your bill once the value of the offer has been deducted.
Will I get points when I redeem a Brasserie Blanc gift card?
Yes you will get points on the whole of your bill including the value of the gift card.
Can more than one cardholder at the table earn points for the same meal?
Sorry, only one card can be used per table.
Is the party size limit for using the card?
There are no limitations on the party size for which points can be claimed.
Can I earn points on drinks only?
Yes, if you are just visiting us for a drink you can use your loyalty card to claim points.
I have enough points on my card to redeem multiple rewards can I do this in the same visit?
Yes, you can redeem against any combination of rewards when you visit us if you have enough points on your account.
What is the Menu Prix Fixe set menu prize?
The Set Menu prize is for two courses from the lunch or evening set menu.
What is the à la carte menu prize?
The a la carte meal prize is £40 deducted from bill when dining – the value of this reward cannot be adjusted.
What is in the Deluxe Hamper?
The beautifully presented wicker hamper contains a hand-picked selection of French delicacies and typically includes terrines, patés, wine, conserve and other carefully chosen items depending on what is in season and sourced directly from producers in France.
