As we move through the season, our new winter menu is full of dishes that are hearty, warming & home-cooked with rich, earthy flavours. Celebrating the best of the season & working with our trusted suppliers to ensure sustainability remains at the fore of what we do & our menu is the perfect antidote to a chilly day.

Pan-fried king scallops with cauliflower purée & a drizzle of curry oil… Pheasant sausages with truffle mash & a port & red wine sauce… Treacle sponge with bitter orange marmalade… these dishes are the ultimate in comfort food.
