Chalkstream trout gravadlax with pickled cucumber & trout caviar is light & fresh, Provençal lamb roulade with minted pea salad is spring on a plate & rhubarb & ginger crumble makes the most of the early harvest with the sweetest rhubarb grown in Yorkshire. By working closely with our suppliers, we listen to the seasons & work with them.
