Inspired by the seasons, our chefs create a Soufflé du Moment each month.
This bespoke creation celebrates the finest ingredients at their peak, transforming them into something unexpectedly light and utterly delicious.
One month you may discover vibrant berries folded into a blushing dessert soufflé. Another may bring earthy mushrooms, fragrant herbs or a whisper of truffle in a savoury interpretation.
Each visit offers something new, yet always unmistakably French in spirit.
