Bonjour from Brasserie Blanc Hale Barns… we’re officially open! Our beautiful brasserie in Manchester has officially opened its doors! We’re incredibly proud of the hard work our wonderful team have put into bringing this stunning BB addition to life. Our brilliant manager, Deepak will be at the helm of this 250 cover restaurant, with the fantastic James Ford heading up the kitchen as head chef. We can’t wait for you to come and see us soon!
