Moules Mondays: Au Revoir for Now

There is a reason our mussels taste so wonderful, and that reason is seasonality. At Brasserie Blanc, we believe in cooking and serving ingredients at their very best and right now, our beloved mussels are taking a well-earned rest.

Moules Monday is off the menu for the season. It’s not goodbye forever, just à bientôt, and when the mussels return, they will be all the better for it. That is the beauty of cooking with the seasons. We wait and nature rewards us.

But Mondays? Mondays Are Still Magnifique.

We would never leave you without a reason to celebrate the start of the week. In the spirit of great French dining, we’ve created something new and equally wonderful to take its place.

Say bonjour to Muscadet Monday. Dressed crab, crispy golden frites and a complimentary glass of the most beautiful Muscadet Sur Lie from Domaine des Herbauges. Simple, seasonal and utterly delicious.
