Le Club

Le Club is our wonderful rewards scheme, created to share our gratitude with you and celebrate every time you visit one of our brasseries. We believe we have something truly special here, and as a thank you for enjoying our food, we want to offer un petit cadeau to say merci beaucoup!

It couldn’t be simpler. Simply spend a minimum of £25 on food and/or drink in a single day, and a reward will be automatically added to your account (app or web app). Simply present your QR code to your server and your bill will be automatically associated with your app to unlock your next reward. C’est facile!

Simply order a full-priced main from our à la carte or specials menu to redeem your reward. If your bill comes to £25 or more, you will also unlock your next reward. Just present your server with the QR code for your chosen reward, and it will be removed from your bill. If you don’t want to redeem, still scan your code so we can send you surprise and delight awards and save for another time.

Unfortunately not. You are only able to use one reward per table booking as our system does not allow for multiple rewards to be applied. We recommend choosing your favourite reward and saving the others for a later date!

Sadly not, as our system is not set up to do this, so if you are dining with a friend who also has a reward to redeem, you will need to choose which one to use. Save the other for the next time you visit.

Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day are the only days you cannot redeem a reward. However, you are still able to collect your next reward by tapping on your stamp card to connect your transaction to your account.

Absolutely! You can sign up here. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask your server for help to get signed up.

You can sign up via the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or our web page for non-app users.

Promotions and discounts will now appear via this scheme, so don’t miss out on all the perks we have to offer.

Simply go to your login screen on the app and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Click on the icon in the top right corner to see a breakdown of the following activity:
  • My activity – shows the dates of transactions and rewards redeemed/collected. A great place to check when your rewards were granted.
  • My details – your full name and date of birth are displayed here.
  • Preferences – manage your notifications to the app here, such as push notifications.

You are able to refer a friend by clicking on the ‘Refer a friend’ button on the app. Simply choose your preferred way of sending the referral code to receive a reward in your app. Once you have shared it with a friend, this graphic will then disappear from your app. Thank you for sharing and telling your friends!

Absolutely! Keep an eye on your app for notifications of new offers that will appear directly in the app. There’s lots on offer, but remember you can only redeem one offer at a time.

Typically, your rewards will expire within a three-month window. Your birthday offer has a one-month validity and will appear on your app two weeks before your birthday. Please note that other ad-hoc offers will come with different validities, so be sure to tap on the reward to find out more, as they will disappear when they expire.
