What’s on at Brasserie Blanc this Mother’s Day?
For this special day, our chefs have prepared something truly generous, inspired by the great tradition of the Sunday roast and elevated with a little Brasserie Blanc flair.
Stuffed Lamb Shoulder Roulade
Tender British lamb shoulder is carefully filled with black olive tapenade and semi dried tomatoes, then slowly cooked until it becomes meltingly soft and full of deep, savoury flavour.
Around it, a beautiful plate unfolds.
Sweet maple glazed Chantenay carrots scattered with toasted pine nuts, buttered Savoy cabbage, creamy cauliflower cheese and a proud golden Yorkshire pudding.
A bright salsa verde adds a fresh, herbaceous lift that brings everything into harmony.
And of course, there are unlimited roast potatoes. Crisp on the outside, fluffy within and served as generously as you wish. Because on a day like this, abundance feels exactly right.
It is comforting, celebratory and made for sharing stories between mouthfuls.
