A Mother’s Day Feast to Savour

For this special day, our chefs have prepared something truly generous. Inspired by the great tradition of the Sunday roast and elevated with a little Brasserie Blanc flair.

At the heart of the table is a dish designed for sharing, conversation and indulgence.

Stuffed Lamb Shoulder Roulade

Tender British lamb shoulder is carefully filled with black olive tapenade and semi-dried tomatoes, then slowly cooked until it becomes meltingly soft and rich with deep, savoury flavour. Un vrai régal.

Around it, a beautiful plate unfolds.

Sweet maple-glazed Chantenay carrots scattered with toasted pine nuts, buttered Savoy cabbage, creamy cauliflower cheese and a proud golden Yorkshire pudding.

A bright salsa verde brings a fresh, herbaceous lift that ties everything together avec élégance.

And of course, there are unlimited roast potatoes. Crisp on the outside, fluffy within and served as generously as you wish. Parce que pourquoi pas ? Because on a day like this, abundance feels exactly right.
