We have crafted three gloriously different variations, each one richer and more tempting than the last.

There is the Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Martini, smooth and nutty with a depth that lingers beautifully.

The White Chocolate and Raspberry Martini is a cocktail of colours and tastes, creamy and indulgent with a vibrant blush of fruit cutting through.

And then there is the Dark Chocolate and Orange Martini, bold and rich with a bright citrus warmth that rounds off your meal in the most satisfying way.

Each one is crafted with Mozart liqueur and served with all the care and élan you would expect from our bar. The only question is which you will choose first.

What else is happening at Brasserie Blanc this Easter?

Of course, the Martinis are just the beginning. This Easter, the whole family is invited to the table. From Monday 30 March to Friday 10 April, little ones can enjoy a 3-course meal plus a drink for just £10, making it easier than ever to celebrate en famille.

On Easter Sunday, our chefs will be serving a truly seasonal special: a slow-cooked stuffed shoulder of lamb with smooth pea purée and fresh minted peas. And throughout the full Easter weekend, our beloved Sunday roast is here, as generous and golden as ever.
