It’s a beautiful day…

To celebrate the launch of our stunning new Winter menu, we travelled to France to immerse ourselves in their Winter way of life – l’art de vivre – to bring a taste back to your favourite Brasserie Blanc.

Morning light spills across the French countryside, the kind that instantly lifts your mood and sets the pace for what lies ahead.

You wake to a view that invites you outside. Bonjour says the day and you get ready to head out. Wrapped up warm, you wander into the nearby village, greeting familiar faces, stopping at the farm gate to gather homegrown produce for later. Life moves a little slower here – doucement, unhurried, unforced.

There’s time for conversation. For laughter shared over coffee. Un café, s’il vous plaît. For watching (or maybe even joining) a competitive game of pétanque, where winning matters almost as much as the stories told along the way.

The day drifts on. Café tables spill onto the pavement. Snow crunches underfoot as the mountains call offering moments on the slopes before the light begins to soften.

As evening draws in, you settle into the warmth of a brasserie. Good food arrives, paired with generous glasses of wine – à votre santé – and the company of those you hold closest. Outside, winter lingers. Inside, a log fire roars and the world feels just right.
