On Thursday 12th November 2026, Brasserie Blanc Milton Keynes hosts a charity gala dinner in aid of Willen Hospice, and we’d love you to join us.

Willen Hospice is there for local families at some of the hardest moments in life. It depends on the generosity of its community to keep going.

So we’re setting the tables, warming up the kitchen and inviting you to an evening of good food, live music and fundraising.

• Tickets: £40 per person, including a welcome drink and a three-course seasonal menu
• Donation: a recommended £20 donation on the night, going directly to Willen Hospice

Why We’re Supporting Willen Hospice

Willen Hospice gives compassionate, specialist care to people across our community, and every pound raised on the night helps it carry on.

Founded in 1981 by Dr Marjorie Reid and District Nurse Dorothy Jell, it was the first charity of its kind in Milton Keynes. It’s still the only hospice caring for adults with life-limiting illness in the area.

Only around 13% of its running costs are covered by ongoing NHS funding, yet all of its specialist palliative care is provided at no cost to patients

That’s where you come in.

Can’t join us on the night? You can still be part of it. Every donation through our JustGiving page goes straight to Willen Hospice.

Your Three-Course Charity Dinner Menu

Let’s start the evening properly. You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink in hand, the perfect way to settle in and say bonsoir to friends old and new.

Then the kitchen takes over, with a seasonal menu full of warmth and comfort for a November night. There are vegetarian and plant-based choices at every course, so everyone at your table is looked after.

Starters

Begin with our Cashel Blue Signature Soufflé, Soufflé au Cashel Blue, light and golden, with a crisp apple, celery and apricot salad and a walnut dressing.

Or choose the Tartare de Betterave, a vibrant plant-based starter of beetroot tartare and marinated beetroots, lifted with a gentle kick of horseradish cream.

Main Courses

For something rich and soul-warming, our Boeuf Bourguignon brings slow-cooked beef blade with smooth mash, braised grelot onions, lardons and mushrooms.

The Cabillaud Rôti arrives with wilted spinach, a wild mushroom fricassée and a silky Champagne sauce. A cocktail of colours and tastes on one plate.

For a plant-based main, the Fricassée de Champignons Sauvages pairs a wild mushroom fricassée with a crisp pastry disc and a grilled king oyster mushroom.

Desserts

Finish with our Tarte Amandine aux Poires, a Comice pear and almond tart with a spoonful of cool Normandy crème fraîche.

Or try the plant-based Mousse au Cassis, a blackcurrant mousse with poached blackcurrants and a delicate, crisp tuile. Oh lo lo!

Live Music, Raffle and Games

It doesn’t end here. Live music sets the mood throughout the evening, mingling with the hum of conversation and the clink of glasses. C’est magique.

You can also try your luck in our raffle and join in with games like lucky squares and heads or tails. Every ticket bought and every game played helps the hospice do even more.

How to Book Your Table

Booking your place is easy. Simply choose 7pm on Thursday 12th November in the booking form below.

To secure your table, we ask for a £20 per person deposit, with the remaining balance settled on the night. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a separate email with instructions on how to pay your deposit.

As this is a special set-menu event, we ask every guest to pre-order their dishes by Monday 2nd November 2026. That way, our kitchen can prepare everything just as it should be.
