Brasserie Blanc’s Best Ever Bloody Mary
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 35ml Vodka
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Tomato juice
- Celery salt
- A fresh celery stick
- Fresh cut lemon wedges
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Method
- Use a wedge of lemon to coat the rim of the glass with lemon juice, then dip the rim in the celery salt
- Quarter fill the prepared glass with ice and add the vodka
- Add the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
- Top with tomato juice, stir and season to taste
- Garnish with a stick of celery, freshly ground pepper & a wedge of lemon
- Serve straightaway
