Brasserie Blanc’s Best Ever Bloody Mary

Serves 1

Ingredients

35ml Vodka
5 dashes Tabasco
5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Tomato juice
Celery salt
A fresh celery stick
Fresh cut lemon wedges
Pinch of salt & pepper

Method

  1. Use a wedge of lemon to coat the rim of the glass with lemon juice, then dip the rim in the celery salt
  2. Quarter fill the prepared glass with ice and add the vodka
  3. Add the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
  4. Top with tomato juice, stir and season to taste
  5. Garnish with a stick of celery, freshly ground pepper & a wedge of lemon
  6. Serve straightaway
