Brasserie Blanc’s Bramble Cocktail

Have a go at making our delicious bramble cocktail – the perfect drink to enjoy over the festive season!
Ingredients
- 35ml Tanqueray Gin
- 12½ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 12½ml Gomme or sugar syrup
- 15ml Chambord
- Blackberry (garnish)
- Crushed ice
Method
- Fill a glass with crushed ice
- Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and churn
- Drizzle the Chambord over the top
- Garnish with a blackberry & enjoy!
