Our Three-Star Food Made Good Rating
We are so proud to have been awarded the three-star Food Made Good rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, the highest possible rating.
This award is a celebration of our commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability.
By working with the seasons and with our trusted suppliers, the ingredients we use to create our menus are always full of flavour and colour.

Our Suppliers
Our wonderful ingredients are a reflection of our deep relationships with the very best suppliers.

Fruits et Légumes
We work with award-winning suppliers like Wellocks, a 60-year-old business that sources produce directly from farms such as Spilmans asparagus, Seddon & Sons leeks, Molyneux Kale Company and Tomlinson’s rhubarb to name a few of our trusted suppliers.
We also partner with Albion Fine Foods who hold close relationships with many of the UK’s best farmers and producers. This ensures the most in-season produce takes centre stage on our menu. As we enter autumn, root vegetables like celeriac will be brought into the spotlight on our menus and as we move through the year, our Prix Fixe and à la carte menus will reflect the flavours of each season in thoughtfully created dishes.

Vin
We work closely with Ellis of Richmond, a historic, family-run wine merchant established in 1822. They hand select award-winning wines for our list, the majority French, many of which are organic and use farming methods that promote biodiversity and soil health.

FromagE eT DESSERT
For our delicious cheese soufflés, we work with Ford Farm in Dorset who hand-make and cave-age the Coastal cheddar we use. We have worked with Eric Chariaux at Aubrey Allen since we first opened and his expertise means that we have some of the best cheeses available for our guests to enjoy.
To finish? Our ice cream is supplied by Jude’s Ice Cream, a certified B-Corp that creates both super indulgent and healthier products while treading as lightly as they can on the planet. We use Callebaut, Belgian chocolatiers since 1911, in our desserts – ethically sourced, they partner directly with cocoa farmer cooperatives to ensure they receive a fair deal.
