It is with great joy that we announce the well-deserved promotion of Joe Wilton Antony to the position of Area Chef. 

Joe’s journey with Heartwood Collection spans an impressive 13 years, during which he initially joined as a Chef de Partie. His remarkable ascent through the ranks is a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Serving as the Head Chef at Brasserie Blanc, Cheltenham, Joe played a pivotal role in fostering tremendous growth. His success story continued when Joe moved to Brasserie Blanc, Oxford, where he not only replicated the success but also trained and streamlined the entire kitchen management team.

As a training chef, Joe has been instrumental in developing the next generation of kitchen management teams within Heartwood Collection. His proactive approach to nurturing and training chefs is what we strive for at Heartwood and has played a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

Joe’s integration into the operations chef’s team will be of immense value. His wealth of experience, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset – not to mention undoubtedly Heartwood. Congratulations Joe!
