In front of you, a magnificent platter arrives at the table. A glorious, generous spread of the ocean’s very finest. This is the Brasserie Blanc Seafood Platter, and it is everything a British summer deserves.

Available exclusively at Brasserie Blanc Portsmouth, from 8th June through to 31st August 2026, this is a sharing platter crafted for long, lazy afternoons and the very best of company.

What’s on the Platter?

Langoustines, king prawns and dressed crab anchor the platter with that unmistakable depth of flavour that only the freshest shellfish can deliver. Alongside them, clams and delicate gravadlax bring beautiful contrast.

To keep things bright and vibrant, we’ve added a crayfish and mango salad, a real cocktail of colours and tastes, along with crisp, grassy samphire and zesty citrus notes that lift the whole experience.

And then the accompaniments. Oh lo lo, the accompaniments.

Artisanal sourdough arrives warm and ready to be torn.

A silky beurre blanc, a rich crab mayo and a zesty tomato and chilli dressing sit alongside, each one offering a different journey through the platter.

When Is the Seafood Platter Available?

The platter is available Thursday to Saturday, from 8th June to 31st August 2026, during our à la carte menu service at Brasserie Blanc Portsmouth.

Please note this is a pre-order only experience.

We ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance, so that we can source the very freshest produce from our suppliers and make sure every element of your platter is as beautiful as it should be.
