On Wednesday 18th October, Michelin-starred chefs Raymond Blanc OBE and Tom Kerridge are teaming up to host a charity dinner and online auction for Hospitality Action at Brasserie Blanc, Beaconsfield.
As long-term ambassadors for the charity, Raymond and Tom have come together to curate a seasonal four course fine dining menu for guests to enjoy alongside a Champagne reception kindly supported by Lanson Champagne. Aperitif
Muscat pumpkin soup with blue cheese crostini, toasted pumpkin seeds ve with pumpkin crostini
To start
Cornish “Tin Mine” tart with spiced date sauce, soft Cheddar & crispy beef
or
Salt-baked swede & “haggis” pie with spiced date sauce ve
Mains
Pan-fried stone bass with Champagne sauce, sauteed girolles, poached palourde clams, samphire & leeks
or
Roasted celeriac fondant, celeriac choucroute, celeriac purée, red wine jus ve
To finish
Hand & Flowers chocolate & ale cake, salted caramel & muscovado cream

Bitter chocolate delice with salted caramel & muscovado cream ve
Tea or coffee with assorted chocolate truffles
During the dinner Tom and Raymond will spend time “in conversation” alongside a Q & A session where guests can ask the award-winning duo their burning (pun intended) culinary questions.
There are a limited number of tickets available for the dinner at £125pp including a £25 donation to Hospitalty Action from each ticket sold. The evening starts at 7.00pm with a Champagne reception, carriages at 10.30pm.
As part of the fundraising efforts an online silent auction is aiming to raise thousands of pounds for Hospitality Action and will be open to anyone, whether they are attending the dinner or not. Exclusive prizes include:
- A tasting menu experience for up to 10 guests at The Shed, the private dining room at the world-renowned Hand & Flowers in Marlow
- A midweek stay for two together with tasting menu and wine pairing at Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel
- A box at the O2 for up to 15 people
- Spa break for two at Taplow House Hotel
- Signed recipe books
- Dinner for four at Brasserie Blanc
