Thirty years. Can you believe it? In 1996, Raymond opened the doors of our very first brasserie in Oxford with a simple but beautiful ambition: to bring the warmth, the flavour and the joie de vivre of a great French brasserie to Britain.

And now, here we are. Celebrating the 30th birthday of Brasserie Blanc at our 13 brasseries across the country.

To mark this milestone, we have partnered with one of Champagne’s most beloved houses, Champange Lanson, for a month-long toast to everything that has made Brasserie Blanc what it is today. Come with us, pull up a chair and let’s raise a glass together.

From that first brasserie in Oxford, named one of the top ten restaurants in the UK in its very first year, to a family of 13 brasseries stretching from the historic streets of Chichester to the vibrant Southbank of London, the journey has been extraordinary.

It has been shaped by passionate teams, loyal guests and the timeless pleasure of gathering around a table and eating well together. Every meal, every occasion, every conversation shared over a great bottle of wine, they have all been part of this story. And you have been part of it too.

Join Us at Your Local Brasserie Blanc

The celebrations are happening across our brasseries nationwide, so there is really no reason not to come and join us. On Thursday 11th June, we are throwing a proper birthday party, with live music, Champagne Lanson at celebratory prices and the chance to share stories with the teams who have been welcoming you over the years.

We will be celebrating at: Beaconsfield, Bournemouth, Cheltenham, Chichester, Hale Barns, Milton Keynes, Portsmouth, Southbank and Winchester with live music, Champagne Lanson at celebratory prices and all the birthday festivities.

Our brasseries at Chancery Lane and Threadneedle Street will be joining in the celebrations too, with discounted Champagne Lanson and plenty of other birthday surprises, though live music will not be available at these locations.

But the Champagne Lanson offer runs the whole of June, so you have plenty of time to come and celebrate with us in your own time, at your own pace, in true brasserie fashion.
