What Is a Dark ‘n’ Stormy?

At its heart, the Dark ‘n’ Stormy is beautifully simple. Goslings Black Seal Rum, deep and richly flavoured, is poured over ice and topped with spicy ginger beer. A squeeze of lime, a little garnish and there you have it. The result is a cocktail that is bold, refreshing and full of character: spicy warmth from the ginger, sweetness and depth from the rum, a bright citrus lift to finish.
