Our chefs have crafted a menu that celebrates the generous host in all of us. The centerpiece of the day is a truly beautiful Stuffed Lamb Shoulder Roulade, a dish that reflects the craft we have perfected since 1996.

Imagine tender British lamb, slow-cooked to a meltingly soft texture and filled with the deep, savoury notes of black olive tapenade and semi-dried tomatoes. It is a cocktail of tastes that is quite amazing.

To complete the journey, we serve it with:

• Sweet maple glazed Chantenay carrots scattered with toasted pine nuts for a delicate crunch.
• Buttered Savoy cabbage and creamy cauliflower cheese, bringing the warmth of a French family home to your plate.
• A proud golden Yorkshire pudding and a vibrant salsa verde for a fresh, herbaceous lift.
