From Monday 21st to Sunday 27th September 2026, Brasserie Blanc joins the global celebration known as Negroni Week.

Let us walk you through our three craft Negronis, when you can enjoy them, and why this little cocktail has earned a whole week in its honour.

What Is Negroni Week?

Negroni Week is a global celebration of one of the world’s most loved cocktails, and we at Brasserie Blanc are joining in from 21st to 27th September.

Bars and restaurants everywhere raise a glass to the Negroni’s simple genius: equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari, stirred with care.

At Brasserie Blanc, we have taken that spirit of celebration and made it our own. Our bartenders have crafted three distinct Negronis for the week, each with its own personality, so there is a Negroni here for everyone at the table.

Our Three Negronis, Explained

Each of our Negroni Week creations offer a different way to fall in love with this classic cocktail. From the traditional to the bold and the bright, here is what you will find at the bar.

• The Classic Negroni is equal parts vibrant Campari, sweet vermouth and crisp gin, garnished with a fresh orange wheel. Voilà, this is the Negroni exactly as it should be, sharp, bittersweet and endlessly satisfying.
• The Bourbon Negroni swaps gin for bourbon, bringing deep notes of vanilla, toasted oak and caramel that wrap themselves around Campari’s bitter edge, making it a warmer, more velvety take on the original.
• The Negroni Sarti pairs Sarti Rosa with Campari for a lighter, brighter finish. Vibrant citrus tones make this the most effortless apéritif of the three, perfect if you like your Negroni with a little more spring in its step.

How to Join Us for Negroni Week

No reservation is needed if you are simply joining us for drinks at the bar. Come as you are, any day from 21st to 27th September, and we will have a Negroni ready for you.
