We have worked with Aubrey Allen for many years and are proud of the relationship that we have with them. With a Royal Warrant, they ensure not only the best quality meat but work sustainably and ethically to ensure the well being of their stock.

Our slow-cooked beef which features on the Christmas Party menu is, quite simply, melt in the mouth and is the perfect antidote to a chilly winter’s day especially when you are sat in our cosy pub celebrating the festive season with friends and family. If you are joining us for Christmas Day you are in for an indulgent treat as we have paired perfectly fillet of beef with a black truffle sauce.

If you are leaning towards something more traditional then our Holly Farm really is the best. With shelter, food and water available all the time, the turkeys are free to roam across their own pastures & this family-owned business ensure that they are well taken care of.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do and our relationship with Direct Seafood and our partnership with the Marine Conservation Society are testament to that. Our Christmas Day fillet of hake with Champagne sauce not only tastes wonderful and looks beautiful but it is also in season.

Using seasonal ingredients mean that our dishes burst with flavour and guaranteed to spread festive cheer but it means that we are celebrating the season itself and doing our little bit for the environment too. We’ll raise a glass to that!
