English lessons at BB

At Brasserie Blanc we’re passionate about helping our team develop. Our wonderful skilled chefs hail from many countries around the world, which is part of what makes our team’s kitchen expertise so varied and extensive.

In order to give our brilliant employees as many opportunities as possible, we offer English lessons to those who are less confident in their language skills. Since launching this initiative we’ve seen over 40 chefs across 17 sites sign up. Our lessons are free and are available on a 1-2-1 basis at the chefs place of work, making this opportunity to grow easily accessible and fun!
