Better: Spier Seaward Chenin Blanc, rounded, peach, lime zest
Best: Le Chablisienne (Petit Chablis) bright, refreshing, citrus fruit

RED

Good: Le Coq Perdu (Malbec) blackbery, violet, spicy oak
Better: Damana 5 (Temprenillo) blackberry, black cherry, vanilla
Best: Chateau Cazau Martet (Bordeaux – Organic) plum, forest fruit, sweet spice
