Group Bookings – 10+ Guests

A £10 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. 

The deposit shall be retained if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking arrival time.

The deposit shall be retained in the event of a no-show. (you do not arrive for the reservation)

Guest numbers can be amended by 15% up to 8 hours before the booking arrival time with no charge, after this time £10 per person will be forfeited if numbers are reduced. 

A pre-order from our A La Carte menu is required 10 days before arrival.

Pre-orders are beneficial to ensure there are no delays in service that may affect you and your guests. 

We are unable to guarantee to accommodate choices for all guests, and dietary requirements, without a pre-order.

Please inform us of any allergies at the point of ordering, and also to our team on arrival. Our dishes may contain olive stones, fish bones, nuts, or nut derivatives. While we follow strict cross-contamination guidelines, these ingredients are present in our kitchen.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. All major credit cards are accepted, however we are cashless.

We add a discretionary gratuity to all reservations. Our team work hard to make your experience special and 100% of the gratuities generously given is fairly distributed among the team who prepare and serve our meals, from the chef in the kitchen to the server at your table.

Peak calendar dates include, but are not limited to; Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Christmas Day 2026 Terms & Conditions

A £75 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. 

  • The remaining balance is due on 25th December. 
  • This deposit is inclusive of Children.
  • Highchairs are at a cost of £20 per chair.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. Including in the event of whole booking cancellation.
  • Guest numbers can be amended, up to 15%, without forfeit until Monday 30th November. After 30th November any reduction in guest numbers will result in forfeit of the deposit paid. 

A pre-order from our Christmas Day menu is required, and must be complete by 1st December.

  • We cannot guarantee to accommodate your pre-order requirements if this dead-line is not adhered to.

  • Prize: one £150 Brasserie Blanc gift voucher.

  • Buy one get one free on Cointreau Sour when ordering a main course. Valid all day Monday to Friday and until 5pm on Saturdays throughout June 2026.
  • App-only offer. Offer code can be used multiple times throughout June.
  • Cointreau Sour can be served on the rocks or straight up.
  • One BOGOF per person per main course ordered. One BOGOF per table visit. If one guest orders two mains, they do not receive two free cocktails.
  • Maximum 4 guests can redeem per code. One code per table.

Kids Eat for £10

  • This promotion is subject to table availability.
  • The offer includes a 3-course kids’ meal and one kid’s drink for £10, a saving on the standard price of £13.50.
  • The offer is valid from Monday to Friday, between 20th July and 28th August 2026.
  • The promotion is available all day during the valid dates.
  • The offer is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Offer period: 8th June – 31st August, Thursday – Saturday during our ALC menu.
  • Redemption: Call the Portsmouth site and there will be a requirement of a £20 deposit at the point of booking to secure the availability.

  • Exclusions: Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or set menu unless otherwise stated.

Gilbanks Corporate

  • Offer: 15% off the food bill (excludes drinks).
  • Validity: Monday 13th April 2026 to Friday 20th November 2026.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, all day (Fridays valid until 4:00 PM only).
  • Requirement: Must include at least one main course from the A la Carte or Specials menu.
  • Guest Limit: No maximum – applies to as many people as the guest brings.

Happy Hour

  • The Offer: Happy Hour entitles guests to a 2-for-1 promotion on selected seasonal drinks, or a £5 discount on full bottles of house wine.
  • The 2-for-1 Rule: The 2-for-1 offer applies only when ordering two of the identical drink at the same time (same drink, served together).
  • Timings: Happy Hour runs Sunday to Friday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm only. Timings may vary during special promotional periods, which will be explicitly stated on relevant promotional materials.
  • Exclusions: This offer is not valid on Saturdays. Happy Hour discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, set menu, or affiliate offer.
  • Availability: Valid at participating Brasserie Blanc locations. All drinks are subject to availability, and the management team reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer or the selected drinks menu at any time.
  • Responsible Drinking: Happy Hour is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request valid photographic ID before serving alcohol. We encourage all of our guests to drink responsibly.

NPS – monthly case of Champagne free prize draw

  • Following your visit, you will be sent an email (NPS) asking for your feedback on your visit. By submitting your feedback you are automatically entered into a free prize draw to win a case of champagne
  • Winners are randomly picked and will be contacted via the email they submitted their feedback from to arrange the pick up of their case from their chosen site
  • Winners are picked every calendar month
  • Delivery of case of champagne is not included in the prize

Group Bookings

  2. Please be advised that by paying your booking deposit, you are agreeing to the T&Cs below.
  3. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made.
  4. For bookings of fewer than 20 people, your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your booking date as long as the cancellation is clearly communicated to a member of our team.
  5.  If your booking is for a group of 20 people or more, then your deposit is non-refundable.
  6.  If your deposit payment is not paid within 3 days of receiving your guest portal link, then your booking may be released. Please speak to the restaurant directly if you need more time to organise your deposit.
  7. The booking time is the time at which we will aim to seat you. If you wish to have a drink at the bar beforehand, please allow yourself time in advance of your allocated booking time.
  8. Please adhere to any finishing times given to you by the restaurant, these are due to other guests needing your table after you so we ask for your cooperation in vacating your tables at the agreed time.
  9. When required, all food and drinks pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days before your event (unless otherwise agreed with the venue).
  10. Your guest portal will be locked automatically 72 hours prior to your event. If you do need to make changes past this time, please contact the venue directly.
  11. Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event or as otherwise communicated.
  12. For no-shows or on-the-day cancellations, part of the deposit payment may be retained to cover the restaurant’s loss. This will be at the manager’s discretion.
  13. Payment should be made in full on the day of the booking, unless agreed in advance with the restaurant. Any deposit will be redeemed against the outstanding balance payable.
  14. Payments will not be accepted after an event has taken place unless you are an authorised account holder.
  15. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your seating requests, please be aware that large parties may be sat over more than one table.
  16. All items are subject to a discretionary gratuity and this will be automatically added to your bill. Gratuity is fairly distributed among the team who prepare and serve our meals, from the chef in the kitchen to the server at your table.
  17. All major credit cards are accepted, but please note that we are now cashless. VAT is included at the prevailing rate.
  18. If you have any dietary requirements you would like to make us aware of, please leave a note on the pre-order.
  19. Some of our dishes contain olive stones, fish bones, nuts & nut derivatives : our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients or allergens. If you are concerned about allergens please contact the site who will be more than happy to assist you.

Gift card/e-voucher terms for Brasserie Blanc

  • All Brasserie Blanc gift card and e-vouchers are valid for 12 months.
