Brasserie Blanc

Brasserie Blanc Comes to Beaconsfield

Brasserie Blanc is bringing the flavours of France to the heart of Old Beaconsfield when it opens its doors on March 24.

The 180+ seater site (140 brasserie covers, 30-40 outside covers, and a 40 seater bar space) will be open 7 days a week, with breakfast being served from 8.30am Monday to Saturday, while Sundays start at noon with the perfect Sunday Lunch. The newly launched Spring à la carte menu, as well as the monthly changing set menu will be available for lunch and dinner every day.

As the centrepiece of the Hall Barn Estate development, the brasserie offers a separate & cosy bar space if you are just popping in for drinks, a lovely outside seating area for balmy days, the brasserie area with a stunning vaulted oak ceiling, and plenty of parking to the rear. The space has something for everyone, and typical Brasserie Blanc touches like reclaimed warm wooden floors, comfortable seating and inviting wood burners combine to give the newest Blanc a laid back, lived-in feel, which manages to be both new and as welcoming as an old friend.

The well trained team includes about 30 new local hires and is headed up by General Manager Claudia Reiter. Claudia has been with Blanc for more than 10 years and moves from Raymond Blanc’s doorstep where she looked after his local, and first ever, Brasserie Blanc in Oxford.

Born out of the seeds of Raymond Blanc’s childhood in France, the brasseries have their roots firmly planted in the kitchen and garden of the tiny but formidable Maman Blanc, who inspired her son to share his passion for love, laughter, family and, of course, really good food.

Underpinned by his firm belief that everyone should eat well, every day, Raymond aims for his brasseries to become not just another restaurant, but a part of the community which they serve. He continues with a policy of using local suppliers for chef’s specials, and sourcing ethical meats & fish for his seasonal menus as well as being a passionate advocate for enthusing and educating children about growing food.

“Beaconsfield, I am very excited to be opening my Brasserie in your lovely community, so close to where I live. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and share our commitment to delicious food, cooked with the heart. For this I give you my very special Claudia, from my home town, to look after you, like she has looked after me for the last ten years. I can’t wait to get the ovens going and open the doors for that very first time , and to fill our beautiful brasserie with good food, contented guests, life and laughter.”

The Brasserie looks to be a popular addition to London End, with bookings already streaming in and Mother’s Day filling up fast. There is no phone number as yet but those wishing to book can email reservations.beaconsfield@brasserieblanc.com
