Join us for an evening with Raymond Blanc as he reminisces about his life as one of the UK’s best known and well-loved chefs on Tuesday 24^th October 2017 to celebrate our tenth birthday in Milton Keynes. Enjoy a glass of Joseph Perrier Champagne followed by a delicious three course menu specially created by our lovely chefs.

Slow roast pheasant breast, confit leg bon-bon, port wine essence, roasted & pureed pumpkin, cranberry & orange compote

Soft meringue with blackcurrant ‘three ways’ – sorbet, compote & coulis, handmade marshmallows, crème Chantilly
