Autumn days in Kew Gardens

Kew Gardens in autumn is a glorious riot of colour as the trees change to vibrant shades of red and orange and it is hard to beat a stroll through the Gardens on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. Of course, no visit to the Gardens is complete without a visit to our very own Raymond Blanc’s Kew on a Plate garden which is equally colourful at this time of year.

Wandering through the kitchen garden you can appreciate just how much seasonal produce is still available at this time of year and the hearty mouthwatering dishes that you can create from just a few simple ingredients whether it is the earthy beetroot or the not so humble cabbage (as we saw from this gorgeous specimen!), perfect for chilly autumn days.

If you’re looking for further inspiration on how to make the most of your garden produce, why not join Raymond at one of our Kew on a Plate dinners? You can find out more here.
