With our new spring a la carte menu approaching, this meant a new photoshoot was needed to showcase our absolutely DELICIOUS new dishes. From a salmon & caviar starter, to a vegan Thai curry & a melt in the mouth chocolate fondant, our aim was to capture the amazing taste of our dishes in our photography. When the photos are released, we want you to be able to almost taste and smell the dishes through Instagram…
We arrived at our Oxford Brasserie Blanc bright and early on Monday morning with gorgeous props our marketing team sourced from H&M Home, Graham & Green, and Zara Home. Our theme was a light Spring-like feel, with natural textures such as linen, cloth and wood to reflect a more earthy and natural style.
For each dish we chose different props depending on colours and lighting, and switched out the gorgeous natural backdrops we sourced from Capture by Lucy. Raymond Blanc, and our Executive Chef, Clive, were busily cooking away in the kitchen, and of course, delivered each dish immaculately. Gravy was poured, dressings were drizzled, and pine nuts sprinkled. Of course, we were able to try the dishes after shooting the photographs, and believe me, they were simply scrummy.
