Our spring menu has landed!

Our new spring menu is full of seasonal favourites that are bursting with flavour and are a veritable feast for the eyes. With spring comes an abundance of sustainably sourced seafood to create a menu that is perfect for relaxed al fresco dining as the days grow longer. 

Chalkstream trout tartare is paired with pickled radish, trout caviar, creamy avocado and Milwaukee rye bread for a show stopping starter that delicately balances a myriad of tastes and textures. 

Our Devon crab is served the classic way with crab mayonnaise and crisp French fries on the side. Finish with a squeeze of lemon for a dish that is incredibly moreish and indulgent. 

Light as air, our Basque cheesecake is served with macerated raspberries and coulis, this is one dessert you will not want to share!
