The incredible Head Chef ZhiQuin from the Bournemouth Brasserie pulled inspiration from Malaysia, flavours from home that he loved to cook with and knew would create an exciting menu. He brought these ideas to one of our Area Chefs, Ishmael, who then together thought of different ways to elevate the dishes. One of the ways this was done was by adding extra special touches to make the dishes stand apart, look out for the pickled onion pearls accompanying the creamed cucumber & pea timbale.
