Brasserie Blanc General Manager of the year!

The General Managers who manage our sites are superheroes. They manage their front and back of house teams, manage stock, manage reservations, manage P&Ls, oversee party set ups and deliveries, guest queries, uncover, build and nurture relationships with guests, initiate incentives to keep staff members motivated and focussed, work alongside suppliers, the list of things that are responsible is far reaching and because of this, takes a very special individual to squeeze the very best out of the role and the site as a whole that they manage.

Our GM of the year award is an award that many of our staff aspire to win and because of this, many were shortlisted for the chance of being crowned GM of the year. Our shortlisted GMs included; Stephanie Bourne (GM of BB Leeds), David Gillard (former GM of Chichester, now turned Ops Manager), Lizzie Ackroyd (GM of BB Southbank), Praveen Sharma (GM of BB Winchester).

This individual has had weeks of celebrating, not only did her site win site of the year at the conference, she also celebrated her birthday surrounded by her adoring team last week. The GM of the year award 2023 was awarded to none other than Lizzie Ackroyd. Congrats to all who were nominated and to Lizzie for being crowned Queen of the GMs!
