Celebrating 25 glorious years of Brasserie Blanc

25 years ago, Raymond Blanc opened our very first Brasserie Blanc in Oxford which we are proud to say continues to be one of our much loved brasseries. Situated in Jericho, Raymond often visits the team at Brasserie Blanc Oxford – he is often seen enjoying a leisurely lunch or dinner with friends or family in his much loved brasserie.

Raymond made a visit to the Oxford team to raise a well-deserved glass of champagne alongside Chef Clive whilst tucking into the most delicious birthday cake made by local patisserie, Gatineau UK.
