Today is the day.  Our Stunning new brasserie officially  opened its doors this morning in London End after a busy and very successful weekend of soft opening previews with local guests of all ages as willing guinea pigs, and Raymond Blanc stopping by to lend support and to have a chat.

Our youngest guests giving the thumbs up at the previews this weekend

As the centrepiece of the new Hall Barn Estate development, the brasserie is a delightful space, offering a separate & cosy bar with wood burners and comfy wingback chairs if you are just popping in for a pint, a Provence style garden for outside seating as the days get warmer, a truly beautiful vaulted oak ceiling and reclaimed beams, complete with animal carvings by local woodcarver and artist Colin Mantrip, and plenty of parking to the rear.

The space has something for everyone, and typical Brasserie Blanc touches like reclaimed warm wooden floors, comfortable seating and inviting wood burners combine to give the 20th Blanc a laid back, lived-in feel, which manages to be both new and as welcoming as an old friend.

You will find that the pictures in the brasserie all reflect Raymond Blanc’s home town, Besançon, in France and the surrounding area, with local landscapes, maps or famous people from the region.  Just one of our ways of adding a little France to Beaconsfield.  Keep an eye out for the Blanc Family Gallery.

Welcoming you will be GM Claudia Reiter, who has been with Blanc for 12 years and comes from Oxford where she used to run the very first Brasserie Blanc.  Claudia’s team includes assistant manager Gareth Smith, a local boy, and Damian Urbanik who has worked with Claudia in Oxford for the past 3 years.  Head Waiter Jacob Janak also moved from Oxford with Claudia where he has been for 7 years.

Heading up the all important kitchen team is Shantibushan Shantilal, our Head Chef who has been with Blanc for 8 years and shares Raymond Blanc’s passion for fabulous local and seasonal food, with heart.

He and his team will be serving up delicious dishes from our new Spring Menu, as well as breakfast from 8.30am-11am, Monday – Saturday, and of course, wholesome Sunday lunches.

Visit our Beaconsfield page for contact details and directions.

We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
