Fresh, seasonal, and bursting with new flavours, our spring menu launching on March 28th takes inspiration from Raymond’s travels to France and beyond. We can’t wait to reveal all next Thursday, you’re going to love it.

However, making way for new creations means saying goodbye to some old favourites. Join us this week to enjoy dishes like our slow-roast pheasant, smoked Morteau sausage salad and pear amandine tart for the last time.
