The new look Cheltenham Brasserie Blanc delights

    

The buzz of excitement was palpable in our Cheltenham Brasserie Blanc this weekend, coming not  only from the staff who can’t wait to share our newly made over restaurant and bar with you, but also from a constant stream of locals and regular guests popping in to get a little taste of what was to come when we re-opened on Sunday.

The familiar space will not disappoint with its gorgeous new look and feel. A spacious yet cosy new bar area, a new fromage bar and a comfortingly worn and weathered ‘kitchen table’ are just a few of the new home from home touches.

Although the look is clearly pared back and decluttered, minimalism is not the word that comes to mind. Instead the feeling is all about beautifully authentic functionality, tactility, warmth & welcome.

And now that the brasserie is serving all day from 8.30am, and 9.30am on Sundays, you can take full advantage of all the lovely spots to lounge and linger, from breakfast or coffees, to lunch,tea or a glass of red and a delicious selection of seasonal cheeses before or after dinner.

Cheltenham is the first of our brasseries to get the full makeover treatment from the fabulous Blacksheep design agency, to be closely followed by Winchester, which is currently closed for their refurb.  If Cheltenham is anything to go by, we can’t wait for Winchester Brasserie Blanc to be fininshed, so they too can welcome you chez nous.
