After the cold and wet of the last few months the sun is finally out again, which makes it the perfect time to launch our Spring à la carte menu. The new menu dishes are baked, grilled, light and luscious, accompanied by fresh flavours and Spring veg.
Step into your closest Brasserie Blanc today and try our baked Manx queenies with tomato and basil butter, an avocado & smoked goat’s curd salad with tomato & chilli dressing, or a delicious charcuterie platter with sourdough.
For those of you who are still feeling a little chilled enjoy our coastal Cheddar cheese soufflé with warm Cheddar sauce, or Loch Fyne rope-grown mussels with curried cream and saffron.
Main courses celebrate the lighter touch of Spring, with Spring lamb sweetbreads, truffled cream potatoes, herbed peas and broad beans, grilled Cornish mackerel fillets with fennel & roquette salad and lemon dressing, or roast Atlantic cod fillet with Espelette pepper & Spring vegetables.
Old favourites such as our award winning coarse-cut burger with Comté cheese and fries, our free-range Cornish heritage beef steaks which are dry-aged for 30 days, or our hand-cut steak or salmon tartares are all still available.
With all this deliciousness make sure to leave space for our decadent desserts such as poached Champagne rhubarb with Kirsch sabayon and cinder toffee, or our exotic fruit salad, mango sorbet, coconut meringue and macaroon.
