Our new autumn menu has landed…

  • news

Today our new menu launches to celebrate the abundance of produce that comes with the harvest. As always, we have worked with our suppliers to showcase delicious ingredients like crisp apples, wild mushrooms and the freshest mussels from Fowey.

In line with our three star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, our dishes are created from ingredients that are sourced with care from responsible suppliers with whom we have built up long-standing relationships. Working with fresh, seasonal produce fires the imagination of our chefs and this shines through in our new menu.

Our guests will be able to enjoy dishes such as goat’s cheese and leek tart. The lightest, crispest pastry encases a mouthwatering filling that is incredibly moreish and is paired with an apple and walnut salad on the side. One of our favourite mains is the duck leg confit. The slow-cooked duck melts in the mouth and is accompanied by a classic haricot bean cassoulet with chorizo and lardons. A hearty dish to be enjoyed on a chilly autumn day. Desserts are to die for; from Bramley apple and gooseberry crumble to silky smooth crème brûlée, you have to make space for a sweet treat when they taste this good.
