A s we move through the season, our new winter menu is full of dishes that are hearty, warming & home-cooked with rich, earthy flavours. Pan-fried king scallops with cauliflower purée & a drizzle of curry oil… Pheasant sausages with truffle mash accompanied by sweet chestnuts, mushrooms & a port & red wine sauce… Treacle sponge with bitter orange marmalade…
