The blossoms are out, the days are getting longer &there is birdsong in the air which means spring is here & so is our new menu. Making the most of the ingredients that spring brings, our menu is fresh, colourful & full of flavour. Working with our producers our chefs have created a menu that celebrates spring & lets the quality of the ingredients shine through.
Chalkstream trout gravadlax is served with delicately pickled cucumber & trout caviar, our chicken ballotine is served with a cherry tomato fondue & classic ratatouille that transports you to spring in Provence whilst our tarte au citron is a zingy festival of flavour on a plate.
